We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was spotless, quiet, and very comfortable—exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. What truly made our visit memorable, though, was the exceptional service from the front desk. A special thank-you to Sasha, who welcomed us with genuine warmth and professionalism. She was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, offering great local recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed. Loved it!

We stayed at The Palmer Inn. So cute, quiet, and peaceful! The location was great-we stayed for a concert of Bank of NH Pavilion. Super easy to get too!! Only a 15 minute drive! Meredith is also adorable and so quaint. Will definitely be staying here again!

I didn't like not having the room freshened up and trash collected. It was a beautiful room though. Too bad the amenities were in other buildings. I liked the setting with the waterfalls. Also the Marketplace was convenient. Shopped at Innisfree and enjoyed Ben and Jerry's. The pizzeria was delicious.

Little getaway

We loved our stay last week! The room was great and a beautiful view! We would book this again if we go back to the area. Also, we ate at Camp and it was delicious!! We ate at Lakehouse grill and I had the best steak I have had in a very long time!!

Comfortable stay, but inn needs a refresh

Our stay at the inn was pretty average. Comfortable bed, but the room and bathroom were definitely outdated and in need of a refresh. (There was a sign in the lobby noting a full room refresh was coming in late 2025.) The balcony was filthy and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. Overall, the stay was comfortable, but nothing special.
