It's fine, no issues.

It's a good hotel. It is run down, and could use a deep cleaning. Breakfast is good. Bed is comfy, shower was clean.

A nice and restful stay!! Thank you!

Hotel is conveniently located close to the freeway, near a number of eating options, w/some offering a discount to hotel guests. Greeted when I arrived with a very quick and smooth check-in. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and extremely quiet. Breakfast was good and the area clean and orderly. Good coffee as well.

I have stayed here in the past and the rooms look as well keep as before. The front desk young lady is cheerful and efficient. The cookies at 7pm were great and hot! It would be walkable to several restaurants and has been in the past, but I am older now and less of a walker! But they are a short ride and there is a discount coupon for several. Highly recommend!

The staff was Pleasant but the hotel is in terrible shape. Bad. Bathroom moldy,dirty carpet, room had a smell they were trying to cover up with fragrance. Just bad, I don’t know who wrote all these glowing reports but they lied, needs torn down

Upon arrival the lobby was hotter than outside (on an August afternoon). Front desk attendant was kind. Felt bad for her because we tried our door key 3x and it never worked. She had to switch rooms, but by then we had decided the facility was not up to par. The carpet in the stairs was frayed and filthy, construction workers were congregated out in the parking lot drinking, the dining area was a mere 3-4 tables crammed in a tiny area in the already tiny, hot, lobby. One gentleman asked for a first floor room because his wife cannot climb stairs and they were told no. When we contacted Expedia for a cancellation and refund we were told the property owners would not allow it even though we never accessed the facility after attempted check in. Poor quality hotel, poor service when dissatisfied customer. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

There was no elevator in the building and this was not indicated in the description for booking. I was informed of this upon arrival and when I expressed surprise staff asked if it was a problem. When I indicated that it was due to a disability staff was extremely glib and I was informed that there were no first floor rooms available and if I canceled my reservation I would be charged for the night. No assistance was offered and I was forced to manage my luggage up stairs risking my health.

Check in was quick and easy. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Walked down to Senior Garcia Puerto Vallarta for dinner. EXCELLENT meal.Comfortable room and bed. We have been here before and recommend staying here.
