This hotel did exactly what we needed it to do. We had to be on campus near the hotel the next morning, so this was most convenient. The hotel is definitely dated, but they had fresh paint in some places, and worked out just fine.

This is definitely an older property, but it is really clean. It's not a bad neighborhood, the university is right across the street but it is not on that side. It looks like there have been several coats of paint put over the walls and the carpet in the hall is doing its best to hold on in its old age, but the room was very clean. The staff was friendly.

The room stunk and was dirty. Dogs barked the whole time we were there even during the middle of the night, management didn’t do anything about it. Staff was rude.

I try not to write bad reviews, but this place is a dump. It really needs to be torn down and rebuilt. Harsh weather in the area and college weekends have taken a toll. It has really been beaten up. But on a brighter note, it's probably one of the better motels in Pocatello.

Hi, good day! I hope you’re doing well. I just wanted to express how disappointed I am with your service. I tried to book a hotel for the first time on your website, and it turned out to be a traumatic experience. I know that last-minute bookings can be frustrating, but I booked the hotel 30 minutes before check-in at 11:30 pm, just hoping to get some good sleep and relax after a long and exhausting drive. When we arrived at the hotel, the front desk informed us that they couldn’t find our reservation number in their system. I called customer service to ask for the reservation number, and it turned out that the number you provided was already in use. I then called again to cancel the booking. I hope you can improve your response time and provide me with a full refund as soon as possible for the inconvenience you caused us.

I don’t want to give them a terrible review because it was one of the cheapest hotels, which is why I chose it, and you get what you pay for. The shower didn’t work properly and the bed was uncomfortable. But it was significantly less expensive than other hotels in the area at least the night I booked it.

The facility is terribly dated. Carpet is dirty. Didn’t even want to walk on it. Door in bathroom wouldn’t open all the way. Tub wouldn’t drain when using the shower. Found a used syringe sticking out the bathroom fan. Room smelled dirty. Refrigerator needs to be defrosted. Freezer was so full of ice that the door wouldn’t close. This facility really needs some major attention. Especially for the rates we are charged to stay.
