Felt uncomfortable

We checked in at 7:30 pm, decided to go swimming, one of my girls were told they couldnt walk to the pool in there swim suit!!! Weird never heard of having to change at a hotel pool. At 10:50 pm we had a knock on the door saying they had "complaints" that we were being loud. Im sorry we had a toddler with us who wasnt ready for bed because he had been in the car all day. After that we felt very uncomfortable to even speak or walk around our room. So i found somewhere for my grandson and his mom to sleep for the night so we didnt get kicked out. I think for paying $200.00 for one night we should have been able to enjoy our room, but nope that definitely did not happen. I have never been made to feel like we couldnt move around nor speak in a hotel room. Very disappointed!!

The hotel is conveniently located near the hospital, an excellent couple of restaurants, and a short drive to anywhere else you’d want to be in the area. The staff and the lobby activities were fantastic. A good, timely breakfast, and a better than average fitness room Were definite pluses.
