Upon arriving it stated they had pool which was closed. My son was very disappointed he was looking forward to it. The hotel property smells and looks like a garbage dump. I stayed in Room #135 the room had stains all over the walls and curtains! Both my son and I both got bit in the middle of the night. Went to the front desk since nobody was there in the middle of the night. They said they'll send house keeping to clean. I had to go to urgent care since I had an allergic reaction to the bites. Do your self a favor...dont book here. It's definitely not worth it!!!!!!

The staff we had interaction with were very nice. The rooms were decent. We can tell it was recently renovated but not by professionals by the looks of the paint job. But at least it’s clean. However, we booked two rooms so that we could take our six year old grandson to the pool since the beaches in Chincoteague were still closed from hurricane Erin. When we checked in I asked where the pool was located and was told it was closed for renovation. When we saw it, it was obviously never opened this summer and there are clearly no renovations anywhere near the pool area. Very disappointing to say the least. This information should be advertised on the site instead of selling rooms with a pool listed as an amenity if it’s not open for guests.

The property needs some maintenance the room itself was clean and the mattress was comfortable. The bathroom door did not close and the tub was damaged. The pool was not open in July and the grass was not mowed. The price per night is not comparable to the overall value

Perfect stay for the occasion. The room was spacious & recently painted/redecorated. The hotel is being renovated & a few minor items could be touched up (for example, some paint drips & nail touch-ups, the grout & base boards retouched), but nothing that impacted a clean, quiet, comfy nights stay. The parking lot & general area felt safe (as 2 solo women travelers). The staff was very friendly & I will stay here again. Look forwarded to seeing the finished motel!

New furniture and paint. Lawn and parking lot needed cleaning. Lawn needed mowed. Dirty lawn chairs, grill, cigarette butts, and fly attracting trash at end walkway. Pool closed. Sheets and towels were well worn, thin and off color. Iron, ironing board and mattress still in original plastic. Floor dirty.

Studio 6 abd motel 6 same place, different price, studio which where i booked was more money. Hot water was barely in existence. Hair on wall in shower. Tv was fuzzy for most of channels. Flys where terrible. Had a spider in bathroom and saw a ant in bathroom when leaving. Towels not the cleanest
