Amazing and beautiful hotel
My husband was diagnosed with dengue fever during our stay and staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well looked after. Aline was great and very helpful with all the requests. Everyone was lovely. The breakfast has loads of options, parking was a great perk.

Clean and modern hotel
The hotel is very modern and in good condition. It does not feel like a holiday hotel - but in fairness I don't think the hotel claims to be. Also the breakfast buffet by Brazilian standards was quite limited. However when we stayed here, two of the other major hotels in the city centre were becoming notably worn and a little dilapidated so we came here to stay for something different. The Ibis Styles really is exceptionally modern, clean and in good condition throughout. I hope it gets well maintained and continues to be so after a few more years of being open. If you can do without having a swimming pool and you're OK with a fairly small room - then I would recommend this hotel - particularly if you want a room which is clean, modern and in a good state of repair.

Acredito que antes de se contratar funcionários de limpeza, deveriam pagar um oftalmologista para verificar se estes estão enxergando bem. Banheiro com cabelos no chão e no box. Limpeza do quarto deixou muito a desejar. Não tinha tapete no banheiro.

Atendimento muito bom!!
O Atendimento foi excelente, os funcionários muito educados...principalmente as meninas do restaurante que não mediram esforços para atender as solicitações. Apenas ressalto que a iluminação do quarto é muito ruim, sei que quarto remete ao descanso e talvez luzes mais fracas seja, inicialmente, a mais indicada. Mas para quem viaja a trabalho preciso, pelo menos na escrivaninha/mesa uma iluminação focal mais forte. Fui com a minha doguinha e tudo ocorreu tudo certo, sem falso petfriendly.
