Okay stay

Though the rooms appear to have been newly renovated, the work wasn’t great. There was clear water damage and poor repairs. Our toilet overflowed and we were just offered a plunger to fix ourselves. We then spent all our towels cleaning the water off the floors. When asked for additional bedding, staff appeared annoyed by giggling out of disbelief. The hotel restaurant food options were limited for kids and bread for sandwiches were not fresh. Our family who were also guest, weren’t offered beach badges as we were and weren’t offered parking (probably due to limited availability but they were elderly and treated differently than we were). The best part of the hotel is the location, as we were able to utilize hotel parking the entire stay access the boardwalk right off the hotel.

Great location decent property. You can tell it was recently renovated. The only "complaint" i would have is the beds were super uncomfortable. Like the spring on the box springs were shot and I felt like I caved into the mattress. But like I said, not the biggest complaint and the overall experience was great for the price

The room and location was excellent. However, the air conditioning was not working properly. The room was hot and since we came in to sleep after 11:30 we couldn't reach staff to help.

I use the Aztec sometimes when I’m at Seaside. It is right on the boardwalk. They have parking and a Resturant above it. The bathroom was recently renovated. The staff are helpful and friendly when I stayed there. I found the prices were reasonable given the height of the season and needed a quick reservation. I would use again when I’m in the area again

Our room was right outside the front desk which left much to be desired. The floors are all tile, cold, and not a bit of carpeting anywhere. The tub was stained and gross. The bed was hard as a rock and the two pillows we were given were flatter than paper. Overall, this was not a good stay.
