We enjoyed our stay very much. The proximity to the beach and boardwalk are fantastic. Directly across the Street. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful and the rooms were clean. Towels and bathroom could use an update, but not terrible. The rooms are very close together so there is no privacy. You can hear everything and everyone talking as if they are in your room. However, everyone was very considerate. Overall, not a bad hotel for the money.

The staff were wonderful. We arrived early and Stella was able to let us preview our room to settle any worries when comparing the other places to stay in the area. The Charltroy is safe, clean, and has helpful staff as well as conveniences such as morning refreshments, local info guides, and a community library.

Overall it was a good stay. The location is great close to the ocean and boardwalk. I think the motel is in need of a renovation. When the air conditioner is on it smells of mildew

This is an older motel that has some renovations. The room was small and the bed a little hard but the location is great. It is an easy walk across the street to the dunes and boardwalk. The staff is great and accommodating and the pool is well done. The hotel is located in a relatively quiet area.

It’s a nice hotel on the ocean.the beach is very nice near a lot of things to do ..been here two time in the last few months just so awesome.. definitely going to make this a couple times a year thing thanks to staff..
The beach is right across the street and they have access passes to it. Awesome.

A great spot to getaway for the weekend. Family friendly with positive vibes. Beach passes are given to guests with a $70 deposit that’s refundable. Room was clean and comfortable. Budget friendly for those who plan for kids activities as well. If your looking to relax this area allows for it.
