The rooms were great, and. Ed were comfortable. However the hallways and stairwells seems shady, dirty rugs, and outdated railings. The hotel lobby is also poorly maintained and feels like a motel. I was not expecting this at all. The room looked like the pictures but the other hotel grounds were just okay.

The beds were hard as a rock .The toilet was unusable as it filled up to high when you sat down you were touching water and ir was not clogged. Room service was non existance even though expedia said it had it.I WOULD NOT REFER ANYONE TO THIS PROPERTY!!!

Stayed 1 night. Stained and worn sheets and towels, lights not working at the entrance to the room, sink was clogged, musty smell, curtains with holes, noisy air conditioner, walls, interior looked shabby, everything looked outdated and stale. I still wonder why they charged me almost $200 a night, will never stay there again.

Our stay here was horrendous. We were given a room that did not have a functioning toilet. There was no remote control for the television either. When I called the desk to ask about having the toilet repaired, I was told because it was the weekend there was no one available to do it. We were not offered another room. Our stay was supposed to be for three nights, but we left after two. The property itself is rundown and does not feel clean. There is obviously a huge criminal element in the area. When we arrived, we were greeted by a woman screaming at us about fat particles in the air as she lifted her shirt to show us her stomach. When I was packing the car to leave, I noticed there was a rock stuck in the entrance doorway. It is a door that is for guests only as you need to use a key to enter. A young woman and young man walked past me, and realizing the rock was not in the door, continued to circle the property to find another open door. We would never stay here again, and I would tell anybody that I know to not book a stay with this particular hotel. I’ve reached out to Wyndham resorts as well to file a complaint. I only did that because I was supposed to receive a phone call from the general manager of the hotel itself, but I was never contacted. AVOID this place.
