Close to the beach and pool was great for the kids. Did not like the fact that the ac is placed right next to the beds which blew right on you all night and were loud. Do not have pool towels which I found annoying to have to pack.

The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor. The bathroom was tiny and the door dragged along the floor. The managers do not work there and are at a different location. The place is old and tired.

the hotel is a renovation, and it has all the right elements for a great beach vacation on the beach side but can easily see the bay. Get to the downtown area in a few minutes. the rooms are up to date and uses the space in the room right down to the last inch. the air conditioning could use an upgrade and they might what to put a few more lights in the room, but overall it works for a family of 4. or a couple the pool is great for the end of day after the beach and the staff is extremely friendly
