It appeared that my room hadn’t been serviced since the previous season. The shower flooded my room, garbage was found in the trash bin, the creamers for coffee were expired and spoiled. They don’t staff the front desk in the evening so you have to swipe your room key for entry. I was left outside the hotel because the system malfunctioned. This happened twice. I requested compensation in the form of a free night and was denied. I was offered a late checkout…… which I found insulting. This is an overpriced hotel that I will never step foot in again.

Our stay was amazing. The rooms are updated, clean and spacious. The pool area is so cute, and the pool is heated. It’s only a short walk to the beach. The staff was also very kind and accommodating. I highly recommend The boulevard, we’re already trying to visit again.

Great location in LBI! Walkable to some restaurants and the beach. Was too early in the year to use the pool, but for a night stay for a wedding we had a great time.

There was a group of very young adults here the first day. We tried to be patient and understanding because it was a holiday weekend but by 11pm the party was still going, the door was slamming every few seconds, boys were fighting, a girl was passed out in the common area, and a few other things I saw but I’ll just keep the details to myself. I did take photos of the common area because we couldn’t believe this was being tolerated. It was upsetting I spent over $1000 to celebrate my father’s 70th birthday here, and we got no sleep. There was never an apology or an attempt to make things right for us- which is all I really wanted. This was our 5th time staying here (including pre-renovation) but I can’t see us coming back, sadly. The staff is kind overall, we just wish they handled this situation more professionally, and didn’t identify that we complained (I watched through the peep hole as they told the kids to keep quiet because we were complaining).

We loved this hotel! Especially the 2nd fl gaming part! We conveniently located to all the stuff we wanted to do! The woman at the desk was amazing! Very polite and friendly and she made the check in very easy. We definitely stay again next time in the pool side! A little loud on the street side.

What a great beach hotel. We stayed for a night for a wedding being held at the Brandt Beach Yacht Club. The location was so convenient for the wedding and the accomodations and staff were delightful. We are considering staying for a weekend during warmer weather.

Beautifully done inside! Higher end fixtures than I was expecting for the price I paid. A little bit of a hike to get to the mainland, but if you're staying on LBI, this is the place to be. Staff was super friendly and courteous, very helpful any time I saw them. 10/10 would recommend every time!
