We had a wonderful time. We loved the location of the hotel, which was next to Spring Lake and a few short blocks to the ocean. Everything is absolutely beautiful. Our only complaint was the bed. We felt like we were rolling off the sides of the mattress. The sheets were rough too, but they made the bed again with softer sheets. Jodie was very accommodating. Our overall trip was an excellent time.

We really enjoyed our stay! Super friendly staff, especially Jody at the reception. Loved the front porch for reading and the pool was perfect for a cool down after the beach. Beautiful location overlooking the lake and easy to walk to the beach or into the town.

The staff has been friendly and helpful, although not over informed. Our suite was on the third floor and there are no elevators and no one to assist you with your luggage. Just an FYI. The breakfast spread is slightly above what you might find at Motel 6. So don’t necessarily look forward to that. on the boardwalk a few blocks south there is a place to get breakfast on the beach. That’s where I would go. The accommodations are very nice and an old style hotel. It has a nice veranda to sit and relax on and it’s in a good location. Overall, it’s a nice property.
