Booked the hotel based on sky lounge and infinity pool with. 360 degree views. Only to get there and ind out. Floor 9, 10 and 11. All under renovation and not accessible. Very disappointing. Tried to discuss with management. Took two days for them to get back to me. And offer a free dinner. Eventually after discussion gave a 8% discount. Begrudgingly. Although. The views. From the rooms. We’re excellent. Great mountain views. Great location central to everything. Easy. Access to food and Lakeside was easy. The floors in bathrooms were really slippery. I would also like to say the staff did their best and were very friendly.

A great Hotel in Pokhara. I would recommend this as the best hotel in Pokhara. Excellent for pre or post Trekking luxury unwind.

From booking and airport shuttle arrangement to the actual stay with the most amazing view in all of Pokhara we highly recommended this hotel. Soneeka was extremely helpful in booking our trips and details, and Durga is very attentive to his guests. The included breakfast is more than enough to keep you going the entire day. We'll be back!
