Great apartment. Lots of stairs so be prepared to carry your bags.

The apartment is right in the center of the old town, well positioned in the area with a lost of shops and restaurants. The apartment is dislocated on top of stairs, so be prepared to climb but this is quite normal in Dubrovnik old town. Apartment was big, clean and with air conditioning. Owner was great, very pleasant and great communication. The two bed rooms are dislocated on two floors, so be prepared to climb few steps during your stays.

Excellent location, very comfortable apartment and our host Ivana was able to provide us with good info and plenty of local knowledge.

Rooms were very cosy and clean. Staff were accommodating and helpful and made me feel welcome. They are also very knowledgeable about the local area and full of helpful suggestions about places to go and things to see. Breakfast was wholesome and full of variety. The communal areas are very comfortable and there is a friendly ambiance around the hotel. Would definitely recommend!

The lady running these rooms was the only positive about this property. The advertisement is deceiving, there’s no mention of the hundreds of stairs just to get to this property. I could only do these stairs once per day, so I felt trapped. The bathroom is tiny and smells musty like mold.
