Noisy AC unit kept us up at night. It sounded like someone was outside shaking a plastic bag at random times throughout the night. Spiderwebs were all over the table and chairs on our balcony. The front desk didn’t know how to pronounce the name of the resort, when the pool opened and were absent for nearly 15 mins when we needed service. We tried dinning in their restaurant for breakfast, but 30 mins after placing our order we were told they were out of waffle batter and hadn’t even started making the food. The server was polite but the whole place felt understaffed. For the price, I can’t recommend staying here and I know we won’t be back.

Great Hotel!
The Hotel’s view is amazing! The dinner was great especially the server. My mom and my kids love our server. She was wonderful! The young man at the front desk was not very nice. I feel like I was bothering him for checking in. Keep looking at my 11 year old daughter maliciously and my daughter felt uncomfortable. By the way, our door was hard to shut. Have to yanked it hard to get it to close. And key card got malfunction. But over all, it was a great experience! We will definitely recommend and go back.

Hotel is old and the room showed it. No cleaning service was done the whole five days of my stay. I stayed at many hotels over the years and usually they we tell you at check in if room service will be available or not throughout your stay. This was mention at check in.

The hotel is very nice and in a perfect location on the water. There’s a nice indoor pool and hot tub. The restaurant/bar was good as well. I had a room on the lake side. It’s one of the prettiest lakes on Earth with the mountains in the background. I spent lots of time just sitting on the balcony looking out at the scenery.

This property is a fairly large native American casino with Hotel. Check in was easy, reception was pleasant, and the room was clean and spacious. We had a room overlooking the lake with a small balcony. I was a little hesitant about staying at a casino, and it smelling like cigarette smoke, but it did not which was a relief. The room was a king room and very spacious and we slept very well as it was very quiet. We didn’t eat at the casino so I can’t comment on the quality of their food.
