This was one of many times us staying we weren't told that we were going to get charged for a third person until we arrived. Breakfast was over charged we could not control the ac temperature they told us the only thing that they could do was to give extra blankets. Rating from one to ten a two . Second time is new management for the price we paid not worth it I don't think I be staying at your place anymore. Personal was professional they did the best with what they had to offer

Needs improvement

Hotel under construction. Staff was friendly and helpful but amenities need attention to detail. Room was clean but coffee maker wasn't working/no ingredients to brew available, in room safe didn't work properly, too cold in the room asked for extra sheets but didn't help much, couldn't adjust thermostat to comfortable temperature, toilet wouldn't flush, not enough electric outlets to connect things, some vending machines were sold out or took no change. The only plus enjoyable was pool.
