Hotel is in the middle of everything that goes around the town center. Beautiful restaurant and bar area. Although just remodeled, rooms look outdated. Friendly staff. Great location.

Rooms left a lot too be desired
The property is well located, and the common areas are very nice. The rooms on the other hand, need extreme attention as broken curtains, bathroom, shower area, not in good condition plus the closet and the area lights were out bulb, probably burnt out. While air conditioning was working, it did had a leak dripping onto the carpet. It’s a pity, as I’ve stayed here years ago, and the experience was quite different.

Got to our room, 315, and carpet look very dated, bathroom had very dirty-looking old faucets. But the real problem is trying to understand how a hotel will try to rent a room that has such a noise air conditioner. The compressor was on the balcony and kept making a very loud noise every two minutes. Me and my wife try to get through the night but when three doors down people woke us up, we had enough. Nice staff changes to the 1rst floor, to a better-looking and, more importantly, quiet room.

The front desk staff was welcoming and provided excellent assistance during our stay. However, the elevator presented some challenges due to its limited capacity of only two people, which made it quite small. This caused concern for my mother, who felt uncomfortable using it and opted to take the stairs each time instead. Additionally, it was quite disheartening to see the hotel owner park their car in the handicapped spot in the parking lot, which was inappropriate and disappointing to witness.

Limpieza muy bien. Necesita mucho cariño. Televisor dañado, muebles viejos y el baño las llaves de agua dañadas. La puerta del clóset no funcionaba. El lobby está espectacular pero los cuartos no van a la par con las habitaciones. Para el precio está caro. No lo recomiendo y no tendré otra estadía.

Room 406, furniture in bad condition. There was not Blackout curtains, & light in outdoor corridor where ON, and the room was illuminated all night, I was not able to sleep comfortable. Also there was not hot water in shower. The Bar at the Pool is not open, & there is not staff to provide beverages services or food to the pool area.

The lobby area, pool, courtyard and the bar looked 5 star but the rooms are completely outdated. I get the history of the hotel and trying to preserve it but we don't need to sleep in beds from the 40s and 24" TV with anything to select from but a bunch of porn channels

Don't book here this hotel is a Catfish. False advertising. The lobby and the rest of that floor looks great. But the rooms that really matter are terrible. Their old, dirty, outdated, shower head was dirty. Their allot of other things but for the price I paid i expect it to be in good condition. The hotel is remodeling but should not be overcharging for the rooms. They also are not gonna refund you or compensate in anyway or take responsibility. O I also forgot the pool was dirty green and not able to use it either this was the main reason why i booked for my kids.

No wifi, apparently there’s only wifi on the first floor rooms. There was no hot water. I had to keep calling the front desk and apparently the “boiler had to be turned on” but the hot water never came. Got tired from having to call the front desk. There wasn’t even a microwave in the room to be able to heat up any food you took. The staff was very nice but the stay was horrible. This was a waste of time. This hotel was better. This was a waste of money.
