Garagem super pequena

O quarto era bom e a cama confortável e o café da manhã estava bom. O problema e que não tinha nenhum armário pra colocar as roupas e a água do chuveiro levou um tempão pra esquentar e a água não estava quente o suficiente. Outra coisa é que não há academia como anunciado e a entrada da garagem é tão pequena que a maioria dos carros tem que procurar vagas nas ruas.

Ambiente agradável, atendimento muito bom ,localização boa, quarto tamanho bom, limpinho, poderia ter um acústico melhor. Café da manhã bom, cuidado com os alimentos para estarem mais quentinhos. Mas no geral , volto novamente. Obrigada pela estadia!

Foi tudo ótimo, perfeito, até chegar a hora do check-out. Check-in com atendimento muito atencioso, extremamente prestativo, o rapaz que nos recebeu foi fantástico. Quartos ótimos, café da manhã acima da média, hotel novo e bonito. Aí, chegou o checkout, uma suposta supervisora começou a nos tratar com um certo cinismo dizendo que estava cansada de levar calote do hoteis.com e que tinhamos que pagar. Explicamos tudo para ela, mostramos o itinerário mas ela não encontrava no sistema dela e a todo momento ressaltava que levou golpes do hoteis.com, que clicamos em anuncios que não existem, que o hotel não tem parceria nenhuma com o hoteis.com. Mostrei o hotel no aplicativo e a publicação da oferta e ela disse que o hoteis.com não tem autorização pra fazer aquela publicação. Disse que só conseguimos entrar à noite a hora que chegamos porque o atendente era uma pessoa em treinamento e que errou feio, e foi advertido por isso. Não deveria ter deixado a gente entrar mesmo eu tendo mostrado todos os comprovantes. Mandei mensagem para o chat do hoteis.com e a moça que me atendeu prontamente entrou em contato com o hotel mas a atendente a deixou na espera pois não falava ingles. Ajudamos ela a atender a ligação, a moça do hoteis.com explicou tudo, mandou comprovantes no email da suposta supervisora e aí sim ela nos liberou, sem pedir desculpas pela forma como nos tratou na frente de outros hóspedes. Foi arrogante, cínica e prepotente o tempo todo. Ficamos mais de 1h aguardando. Tinhamo

Para estadia rápida, custo/benefício ok!

Hotel novo, quarto e banheiro de bom tamanho. Porém, o colchão era de espuma, muito quente e não havia protetor de colchão, nem cabides. Café da manhã com pouca variedade. O estacionamento é muito ruim (apertado, escuro e está cheio de material, móveis do hotel).
