The room screen(mold and dirt) is not clean and smell. The room floor is not clean, the sofa is not clean, the bed spread is not clean, the bathroom floor is not clean. The room is spacious but not clean.

Check-in was poor. Took 30 mins of waiting as they don't allow for check-in before 3pm, but only had 1 person checking people in. The tap in the bathroom sink make any sense - the water can't make it into the sink unless you switch it on full blast

The whole apartment smells like a choked drain so super smelly.luckily we stayed for a night and checked in late.we checked out 8am in e morning cause we cnt sleep well.

The check in experience was good and prompt. However, we were being allocated a room just besides the lift. The whole night there was engine sound. It was disturbing and since I’d already past 12am we tolerated the night. I did feedbacks the next day. Hopefully some customer experience will be provided in order to have our return stay.
