In terms of location - perfect! I was there to watch netball at the arena and you couldn't ask for more! Walkable distance - check! Nearby cafes - check! Fantastic staff - check! The only hiccup was accessing the free parking (not obvious)... you need to park nearby first, and check-in to have a staff member show you free parking spaces - once you're in the know - perfect!

The shades did not prevent bright lights from shopping area right outside windows. Kept waking up thinking it was daylight. Bed too soft and uncomfortable. People walking by playing loud music you could hear with windows closed, Good shower. Bathroom was tiny with no room for toiletries.

Very handy to supermarket, mall and other shopping areas. Gym underneath was noisy at 5.30 in the morning but we expected this and wasn’t the hotels fault. The thing that really let the hotel down was that the room and bathroom were very dirty. Most surfaces and walls, skirting boards dirty, dusty and grimy marks down walls. Also stains, dirty scratch/burn? marks on bathroom floor and toilet and built up of hair in bathroom. Was disappointing as was otherwise a great room. I emailed hotel but didn’t hear back regarding these issues.

I arrived to find no toilet paper in the room, and a used facecloth hanging over the shower. There is a gym underneath that had a very loud class running until about 9.30, before the noise was replaced by a woman abusing everyone as they walked past her.

The room was a nice size and looked very smart. My main concerns were; As a tall person with a bad back, I found the mattress's on the conjoined single beds seemed to have lost their support and I could feel where the beds were joined together. Secondly, I found the exterior lighting of the arcade way too bright inside the room with the blinds down. Could be better with drapes that covered the whole window areas to create a darker room.

Very noisy with F45 gym below and with general night yahooing. Some double glazing for a bit of noise reduction would be good! Rooms need a good deep clean. Bathroom had hair on the floor and whisker shavings in the shower. Bigger TV with sky would’ve been good. Extra blankets would be good.

I have no problem with this hotel, from when I first arrived until I left. The Duty Manager clearly explained what I needed to know. The cleaning staff were friendly & provided an excellent service which I really appreciated. The only downside was the early morning music from the adjoining gym, which I understand was being looked into.
