Non Accessible, filthy, and rude staff

Absolutely not accessible. Make-shift narrow metal ramp to enter lobby. Narrow entry into room, no where to park wheelchair. No handrails around toilet. Step into shower, not a roll in shower. Staff was extremely rude (Amanda) told me federal law for service dog didn't apply there because the were "privately owned"

Moldy and gross

The condtion of the whole place is just old, outdated and gross. The people that worked there really tried to accomodate us, they gave clean towels every day, it is thr owner of the place that should be ashamed. The pictures are misleading. The room itself was damp and the bed was wet. We went and bought a dehumidifier/air purifier becsuse it smelled moldy. The bathroom door was swollen from so much moisture that it wouldn't even shut. The curtains had holes in. The floor was always damp and wet. It just felt gross. We.kept all oir clean clothes in oir suitcases and they still were damp from all the moisture. We travel a lot and this was by far one of thr worst.places we have ever stayed at.

Rooms very nice. Only one inconvenient elevator. We arrived after 9 pm, only to find that no restaurants stay open after 9 pm. We finally found a Pizza Hut that was open. Visitors should plan to arrive before 9 unless they really like pizza.

I was very disappointed with my stay. The room had a strong unpleasant odor and noticeable mold, which made it very uncomfortable. The air felt damp and musty, and it did not feel clean or healthy to stay in. For the price and expectations of a hotel, this was unacceptable. local health department needs to inspect this property.

There was a Coca-Cola bottle with yellow liquid in it in the parking lot, I think it was pee. It was there when we checked in and out. There was other trash in the parking lot =( Very noisy, mainly street noise, the hotel is between the East and West bound lanes of hwy 101. We booked this hotel for the pool, but it was closed the days we were there. I was told closure was because it had rained so hard that they needed to balance the chemicals. That shouldn't take more than a day. Their phones had issues, we couldn't get through to book with them and get their military discount, so we had to go through a 3rd party to book. TV had an issue, it needed a complete reboot. No freezer area in the fridge. There was nasty looking stuff on the bathroom wall. There were a lot of fruit flies in the bathroom area. The walkways had dark tracks, gum and other dark stains. A good mopping of the walkways and cleaning of the walls and doors in the rooms would go a long way to making this hotel look better. I took pics of everything but don't see where I can post them. There's no restaurant at the hotel but plenty nearby. Even if the cost was $100, per night, less, it wouldn't be worth it. Cost was $355 for 2 nights.

Neighbors were loud, walls are thin though, the parking lot was gross & the pool and hot tub were "under construction". The deposit was $250 and they kept nearly $40 for "black stains" on towels which is odd considering they were only used on clean bodies. There's a sign about the strict use of their towels and how they're not to be used on cars, etc. I don't know who destroys their towels, but apparently they're very protective of them. Stay anywhere but here.
