Was spacious for the hotel size and had a very comfy feel as well the bathroom wasn't small like a box either. I loved the desk clerk handed us a restaurant itinerary. Could do better for ventilation the air flow felt constricted. Over all a great place to stay on short notice !!

We stayed several nights. The only issue was the stairs for me as I'm handicapped but others wouldn't need to worry about that. Comfortable. Clean. Very friendly staff.

There was a hole in the ceiling in the bathroom, rotting hole in the bathroom drywall, heating was broken, remote for the tv broken and the furnishing was dirty and dated. I booked the rooms for ourselves and a another couple and I was embarrassed. I almost gave up on using Expedia

Room 204 - There was staining and mold in the grout of the shower, I looked up from the bed to see a large spider web in the corner of the ceiling. The welcome and safety booklet is really out of date, no chain on door, no peephole, rooms numbered incorrectly. Coffee maker was poor and supplies almost none existent. Coffee when made, was close to barely colored water. On the good side, water pressure in the shower was great.

Royal Victorian is well-located and easy to get there. The room is clean and quiet. It is easy to check in and check out. The only pity is that there is only one bag of coffee for each day, and we two find it not enough.

The facility was sufficient. The neighborhood is a bit sleazy. The whole area is way overpriced.

The front desk person was very friendly and helpful. The main part of the room itself was clean, though very outdated. The bathroom still had a dirty towel in it and black hairs in various places. I did not want to take a shower as the shower head looked quite rusted over and nasty. I slept relatively comfortably, however.
