Gross wet slimmy floors
Flooring where slimmy and wet. When you walked on the floors dirtt water would seap up between the seams in the floors. Mold ams wayer damage everyplace o walls and wood. Smelled lole mildew and mold. This is 2nd time in two different roomswven the hall floor was rhe same issue.

Thr overwhelming stench of fabulouso, cleaners or pine sol. Did not make me think it was clean but sick. Perhaps they were covering up something. Also the tub leeked so bad it kept us up andcwe asked for another room and they said mo. Tv had box that obviously had been gluded to wall and fel, causing us to have no TV. However I will say everything was within driving distance, good food and easy acesss to Rim state park.

Going...going...gone!
Every time I stay at this hotel, seems like there is a decline in services/amenities. The free breakfast is a joke, the outside flashing red lights are very distracting and make it hard to fall asleep. The workout room is gone. The lobby furniture was removed...the water for the shower takes way to long to get hot enough to take the shower, wasting way too much water! While the price is reasonable, and repairs to damage caused by hurricane Harvey appear to be completed, the overall atmosphere of the place is not what it was when it first opened.

No king beds at all, no hot water barely warm. Breakfast buffet was little Debbie cakes, mini muffins a few powered donuts, bread and cereal. Milk was in a nasty clear container that looked like it hadn’t been washed in weeks. Room smelled like mold. Bathroom didn’t have a hair dryer or even Kleenex. To be a new hotel it smelled like mold everywhere. You get 2 tiny towels. Will not recommend or go back.
