They did not give me towels for my second night of staying there I had to use anything I had left over the manager promised these towels but he never showed up at the door with him cuz he said they were all out first time I've ever had a hotel tell me they couldn't give me towels when they made a mistake very very one besides to sleep

Filthy, misrepresented, broken toilet seat, cold water, half the outlets dont work, dark green algae in a pool advertised that isnt open, dont provide breakfast….shameful

No hot water in the shower, crack mirror in the bathroom, dirt in the wall in the bathroom. Bathroom cigar Burns in the bedspread comforter even though it was a non-smoking room and the light switch at the front door was broken. Could not access the room with the key card. The front desk man had to come down and open the door. The list kind of goes on and on property wasn't a very poor shape. The pool's torn out even though said they had a pool on the listing

While the property was close to family that we were visiting the room left much to be desired. Our tub was in rough shape and looked as if it had mold growing in it. The toilet seat was barely holding on as one of the anchor points was broken. There was a chunk missing out or our bathroom sink counter and there were several holes in the walls that were not patched well. The floor in our room was also strangely sticky and we noticed several stains on the mattress while we were packing up to leave. Although we had no intention of using the pool during our stay it was left in a state that could cause bacteria to grow and mosquitoes to nest due to there being algae filled stagnant water. The best thing I can say is that the AC worked wonderfully and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was also very friendly and nice. The price was good for the time we spent there but the state of the room left much to be desired.

Was not as advertised!

We didn’t even go inside. There were people living in this hotel! There was a family with four kids unloading their groceries. It was took late to even get a refund so I just took the hit and went somewhere else. It should be listed as a 1 star at most.
