The room was decent—nothing fancy. TV remote needed batteries. We called front office twice and they told us both times they’d be right there. Never showed. Next four days no TV. They have the battery compartment inaccessible with a tiny screw, otherwise I would have changed the batteries myself. Poor service.

Our first room had five German cockroaches and smelled immediately upon arrival. The manager on duty gave us a new room which was clean and nice. If you stay just make sure you give it a thorough inspection before putting your stuff down.

No dresser for your clothes toilet did not flash air conditioner extremely loud people running up and down the outside corridors, vending machines, and ice machines not working and the one that was was full of rust no water accessible to drink pool not clean
