Perfect getaway!

We were in town for a dance competition in Sandusky. Perfect cottage for our family of 5, included 3 teenage girls. It was nice to drive home to peace and quiet after loud days of dance. We were able to cook/grill at home or stroll to the local bar for bite when were were too tired for anything else. A visit to the Lagoon Saloon is a must! The drive to Cedar Pointe and to Sandusky every day was an easy trip. Especially on days that we had multiple trips. The area was quiet, neighbors always waving, hubby even fished a bit and chatted with every boater that went by. Was able to sit outside sipping coffee before our early mornings of practice. If you have events in Sandusky this is the perfect place to stay!!! Do not be afraid of the drive. This cottage was perfect for what we needed. If we ever head that direction again we will be booking the cottage. Owners are so nice and communication was always easy!.
