The hotel is okay. The breakfast is your average starter meal. The hallway carpets were not vacuumed when we checked in a 3 pm. The bathroom shower already shows some water damage (it seems they used wrong construction materials in shower) as brown/yellowish stains appear. The bed was comfortable but pillows not so much. Our room was clean.

I booked 2 nights 3 weeks prior to my stay, showed confirmation number and itinerary and the hotel had zero info on it. I was able to secure 1 nights stay but was screwed over for my second night because they had no rooms available!

We requested for front facing room, which was not assigned, we were given a back side facing room frm where we can just see construction work, very disappointed, not expected frm Hampton Inn. After checking in at around 3.30pm, when we requested again, we were informed tht hotel house-keeping is still getting the rooms ready. When check in time is 3pm, how are rooms not ready until 3.30. On a repeated request, we were told tht all 80 rooms cannot be ready, on the other hand, the front desk guys mentioned tht the hotel is completely sold out for the night, contradictory statements. We escalated the issue but did not receive any response, “NOT BOTHERED” approach, inspite of being Hilton honours member.
