My only critique isn’t the fault of the staff but being American, I’m used to waiters waiting on you. Discovered via traveling Australia and New Zealand that it’s more customary to order from the bar, have your meal delivered and no service after that. When you want a drink etc you have to get it yourself.

The hotel check in staff are super lovely, the rooms are great and the beds are so comfortable. I have stayed here for business on many occasions The staff in the restaurant and management need lessons in professionalism, customer service and maturity. Very unhappy with the service and also how they treated another team member (bullies)!

Wow, what a view. Loved our stay here, a nice welcome to Port Lincoln. The hotel is very central to everything you need and what a stunning view of Boston Bay. The bed was super comfortable and lush, didn’t want to leave. Room was great with a balcony. Bathroom, luggage rack, couch, tv, Mimi bar and all the eating and drinking you need below you at the hotel. Perfect place to stay when visiting.
