My stay was in winter but the room seemed to be set up for summer. Cotton sheets and a thin overlay were insufficient so the only alternative to freezing was to run the a/c all night.

Stopcock behind the toilet was leaking, so that the bathroom floor was frequently wet. Annoying if I wished to use the mirror. I would have liked a blanket on the bed, not just the bedspread, even though there was a cotton blanket in the cupboard, I was a bit cold.

Other occupants were noisy, drinking outside their rooms with kids running everywhere making a lot of noise. There was a resident sitting in the car park yelling out at other residents. I understand the reasoning, however I wouldn't stay here again. It was hard to park on-site, narrow parks resulting in our car being hit with neighbouring cars door. There were dirty handprints on the walls in two of our units and burn marks in the carpets.

The room smells old, damp and of dog. When asked bout the smell of the room, they said to open a window. They sprayed disinfectant spray in the room to make it smell clean.

The door to the room had to use force, lots of force to open and close the door. Towels were unclean stained from past use. The room was run down rusted, the lounge was uncomfortable and you sank into it, could only sit in it for a few minutes before you get back pain. Overall happy to leave in the morning.

Staff claimed I damaged a downpipe reversing into parking space. We didn't hear or feel a bump. Manager.was going to check his cctv and advise us. So far have heard nothing. We are away from home for 8 weeks and would appreciate a email from him. Ken Willick.

Outside door to my allocated room was broken and could not be secured. Replacement room had non working air con broken shower and detached toilet seat. Only one of two bedside lights worked. Desperately in need of maintenance but reception was friendly and welcoming. Definitely can’t recommend.

The door didn’t lock, had been kicked in too many times. Was an awful homeless village and we did not sleep a wink. Everything was filthy, outdated and broken. Cracked tiles in shower, broken bathroom door. Filthy couch. Plastic chairs for dining setting and pillows filthy. Gross- abort
