Bad experience in, I had a valid booking which they couldn’t find even though they could see on my app. They said it was our issue and I had to contact hotels.com they wouldn’t make a phone call to try to resolve. Luckily hotels.com support was quick and resolved the issue within 15 mins and we were checked in. We were having coffee across the road and say a worker sat on our balcony, then someone from the hotel moved our washing from the balcony inside so they could clean the windows. Our do not disturb sign was on which they ignored and didn’t try to call me or mention to us that they had done it. And fire alarm went off twice while we were there. Overall wouldn’t recommend staying here

Great position, spacious. Lounge uncomfortable, in need of support in seating. Cushions need a good clean. Bathroom very much in need of attention. Tiles are ready to fall off the wall around the spa bath. Shower recess and surrounds in need of attention.

Being staying here for years. Conveniently located, clean and easy. Pricing goes up and down just make sure you look for the deals. Can get ridiculous expenses be at times

The property was clean and the rooms were big and airy. But the shower door was badly designed and leaked water everywhere. There were roadworks going on when we stayed and it was very noisy all through the night.
