The front desk attendant gave us the wrong size room then when we switched the bathroom for the king was extremely small compared to the queen size room. Just awful bathroom for the King room. But the attendant was too busy chatting on the her phone and with the housekeeping staff to watch the front desk. Very immature behavior for that position.

Did not receive the room that I payed for, Got a completely different room. Was not compensated for it even though the room cost extra. Nobody was able to help me with this. Bed sheets had what looked like blood stained on them. Very big let down for my anniversary.

Check in was easy and the receptionist was insightful about the amenities. Was in the perfect location for us. Kitsap Airporter Shuttle drop off for Port Orchard is literally a 2 min walk from the hotel at the 76 station. Also is right across the parking lot from a DQ and a McDonald’s but is not too far away from Walmart and other food places as well. Everything was clean but room had a slight smell of an old hotel room. Free breakfast was great!
