The room was ok. Could have been a bit cleaner. And needs to be updated. The breakfast was average. Not much fresh fruit and limited pastries. Also no yogurt on three of our five days. Staff was friendly. Location is convenient and relatively quiet.

Do not stay at this hotel!!! I'm pretty sure this room #173 had been previously flooded as most of the floor tile was warped and coming loose as was the moldings around the walls, heater and dehumidifier were EXTREMELY loud, pool was closed for no apparent reason, breakfast was garbage! may well have a mold infestation in that room, I will be contacting the health department to have them look into that!

Staff was friendly. Room was dirty and poorly maintained. Dirt on the floor. Hair in the sink. The ceiling squeaked every time someone walked by upstairs, which woke me up multiple times even with a noisemaker going. The hallway had multiple spills. There was an odd smell coming from the microwave. I definitely will not be returning.

Room was not properly cleaned with sink strainer pulled out and set aside still filled with hair and other debris. The phone didn't work and bathtowels on shelf were wet. Staff and breakfast were fine.

Please do not stay at this hotel. It is absolutely horrible. The staff is rude and unhelpful, but the worst part is the condition of the rooms. The beds are extremely old and worn out — the mattress was broken, with a deep hole in the middle, making it impossible to sleep properly. And it gets even worse… there were bed bugs. Since it was already very late and we had nowhere else to go, we were forced to sleep fully dressed to avoid getting bitten. Even so, we still got bitten. The bathroom was falling apart, with a strong smell of humidity and dirt. To top it all off, there was animal/insect feces on the nightstand. Disgusting. This place is filthy, unhealthy, and completely unacceptable. One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Avoid at all costs.

My room was very clean in the staff was very helpful and very friendly. And the breakfast was also very nice. Dining room was very clean. The hot food was hot and the cold food was cold. It was great.
