I want my OneKey points back from Hotels.com.
The lady working at the desk was very new and did her best. When I booked online I used $78 worth of OneKey points which would make my out if pocket $80 for a suite. The points were never applied at the hotel, so I paid full price. I want my OneKey points back from Hotels.com. The room itself, you could tell someone smoked in it before. The couch was stained. My assumption is that the key coder machine was down due to CrowdStrike, but the lady at the counter was great and walked us to our room. Later, she dropped a key off to us!
