The exterior and interior of the hotel was clean and was in a quite area with only occasional loud vehicle heard in the distance on SR 54. The room was also clean and loved the lighting, nice and bright. I had a lake view which was nice. The hot tub was not working which was a disappointment. I wanted to use the laundry but the card readers were not working and front desk did not have quarters for me to buy. There is a gas station/store and Dollar General close by. Close to restaurants and shopping. Other than the hot tub and laundry not working, it was a nice stay.

The staff was helpful and expedited my room after an awful night at another hotel. The lady working in the breakfast room was on her job; she never let anything get too low. She was right there, filling up and cleaning up the area. Will stay here again.

I booked this hotel because it had a hot tub. I travelled an extra 1 1/2 hrs to get there. The hot tub is broken and has been for over a week. Why cant properties tell the truth about their resources. Put on the wbsite that the hot tub is broken.

The room was not cleaned after the first night my family and I stayed. There was no shower gel refilled to wash with. At this property they don't leave bar soap because they provide shower gel to bath with. This was not a pleasant night. I brought this issue to management in the morning and received an apology for the issue. I was offered a small alternative for the inconvenience and was not completely satisfied. Instead of going further with the manager I just left to began by 5 hour ride back to my home.

Check-in was slow and arduous due to computer problems. TV Channel converter didn't work. Pool heater was broken. Hot tub was not functional. After requesting some compensation for the deficiencies, they moved us to another room. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The hotel is a two star at best.
