Staff was so kind & helpful! There is no smoking in rooms but customers smoke right by their door and the fumes go right in your room. My toilet had rust stains which look very unappealing. There was mold all around the shower. The bed linens have stains along with cigarette burns on the comforter. Unfortunately we traveled during a holiday weekend which didn’t give us time o much of an option. We definitely will not be back.

Turns out it was the last room. Walked in and there was a bad odour. Not smoke. They wiped down the floor and gave us a can of air freshner. They couldn't refund us since we paid thru hotels/expedia. So we toughed it out.

Room was okay for price for stay again front desk was great just the room itself not the best still had a moldy wet smell the entire 5 night stay and no one came to clean the room (mop and sweep) garbages and towels were changed at least but for $450 for 5 days I’d expect a little more laundry room out of service both stays I’ve been here in the last month

The last time I stayed at Motel 6 more than 10 years ago I at least had shampoo in the morning for a shower. Not any more. No shampoo. The front desk suggested I go to the Dollar Store nearby to buy some. “It’s what people do,” she said. I asked when the breakfast room opens. “We don’t have one.” What was the room by the lobby when we checked in? “It’s where staff eats” is there coffee? “It’s in the lobby” I wasn’t rude, but we will not try your coffee, I said to myself. We will never stay at Motel 6 again. Do not leave the light on. PS. The floor was extremely dirty. No mopping. The pillows are hard as rocks.
