No breakfast. 1st room was filthy dirty. Booked 1st floor 2 queen. Was offered 2nd floor (she stated that was all she had) A man from house keeping (very nice limited English) offered 1st floor king room. Took it and husband slept on couch because every time you moved in the bed it made a bang because of the large metal panels under the bed used to hide bed frame. Awful

When we arrived, we went through two rooms, and the beds in both felt like they were infested with mites. The room in general was dirty, the bathroom had hair in the shower, and when you lay down on the bed, your whole body itched. Ultimately, we ended up sleeping in the car that night. Even the dogs couldn't sleep in the bed because it gave them an allergic reaction. A terrible experience.

The poolside furniture was dirty. The hot tube only worked part time we were there. No breakfast is offered except in the restaurant. The instant coffee tasted like water. The housekeeping employees were very helpful with service. I had to buy shoes to wear in the room because the floor was dirty.
