experience so many problems at this place one that the light fixtures weren’t working second there was mold on the ceiling. We removed several times. Staff and waiters were not friendly. They would say good morning to some guest and not to others I believe because we had several issues. They were less likely to speak with us. We’re not friendly. My husband had an accident on the property and I felt like it was brushed over and not taking care of. There’s no landline. They rely on Wi-Fi which falls so leaving us without communication. Some of the staff was trying to mitigate some of the wrongdoings they gave us a letter. They gave us a complementary wine. All in all I would never stay here and I think it’s actually dangerous. Beware.

The resort is absolutely beautiful with a spectacular beach! The staff was very friendly and attentive. The entire experience at this resort was one to remember and cannot wait to plan my next trip there.

Currently this place experienced with management changes. Therefore a huge mess in customer care.

Fuimos en familia buscando descanso y tranquilidad, y encontramos mucho más que eso. Cada día que pasamos allí fue excepcional: la casa estaba impecable, con todos los detalles cuidados al máximo. Nos sentimos como en casa desde el primer momento. La piscina es perfecta para relajarse y disfrutar del entorno, y tener el mar justo detrás fue una bendición. Caminar por la playa cada mañana y ver los atardeceres frente al mar fue una experiencia única. La paz del lugar, la belleza del paisaje y la comodidad de la casa hicieron de este viaje algo realmente inolvidable. Recomiendo este lugar con los ojos cerrados a cualquiera que quiera desconectarse del estrés y conectarse con la naturaleza, la familia y la paz interior. ¡Volveremos sin duda!

We stayed on a beachfront room, but unfortunately, it was situated right in front of the bar. So early in the morning, you could hear the staff talking loudly and laughing. I think that in this type of properties, the staff should more quiet, and let the guests have a more quiet vacation. The same happened while having breakfast, the staff communicates with each other by talking loud at a distance, which should not be the case. Otherwise, the hotel was very nice, very clean, very well designed.
