I got to the property after having booked a room at 10:20 p.m.. the doors were locked but there was a phone which I used. The person who answered seemed like they had been sleeping and said they would be there in 5 to 10 minutes. When I was finally allowed to enter after a full 10 minutes the first words out of her mouth were identification. No good evening nor hello. The next day I left early at 5:50 a.m. I tried to check out but the desk was still closed. There was a coffee maker but no cups or sugar or creamer. I tapped on the partition at the desk and asked if there were any coffee cups that I could use. Her response was coffee is not served until 7:00 even though the machine is automatic. Not the kind of person I would want working for me
NO Hot Water on the first day. Elevator seems tp go out often Two day stay keys would not work the second day. No staff on duty in the evenings. Not a convenient [lace for travelers
THIS HOTEL IS CURRENTLY CONTRACTED BY FEMA & HOUSING "DISASTER DISPLACED" PEOPLE WITH ALL KINDS OF LOUD DOGS, FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN, AND BEYOND THE VERY WORN OUT BEDS AND LINENS YOU HAVE DOGS BARKING AND ROAMING THE HALLS ALL NIGHT LONG... IT'S A FREAKING GHETTO!

It was too noisy and many times there was no one at the desk. My key didn’t work the second night I was there. I had to call a number and someone came to open the door. She blamed the morning people; they had me as spending one night instead of 9.
I am aware that this is an extended stay property however I have minimum expectations when staying at any paid for lodgings. 1- Towels and linens = number of people in the party. We are a party of three and had 2 towels only in the room. The sofa bed for the 3rd guest did not have sheets and we found out to get any additional linens we would have to pay! Side note - bed was very uncomfortable. 2- general quiet. The floors are not carpeted so all night I heard footsteps of the upstairs neighbor. It wasn’t loud enough to require complaint but it’s all I could hear! 3- Dark room at night - this hotel has blinds but they don’t cover the windows well so the lights from the parking lot come in. 4- no bugs. There were lots of surprises crawling on the table. Yuck. 5- Fire safe exit doors. We could not open the back door to exit the hotel because of the floor mat. 6- a present front desk staff to address #5 issue upon check out.
I will say that despite the bugs this facility is very clean and well kept. Plus the staff we did interact with was very nice. And the hotel guests were of the nicest people I’ve ever met encountered.
