The elevators were not working on Friday night, but were working Saturday morning. Found cockroach in bathroom. Beds are cheap and not comfortable. Bathtub clogged so standing water when showering. For $246 a night, this was unacceptable!

I like that the property is well-located near shopping stores and restaurants. The room looked clean, but I saw small roaches when I walked in and in the bathroom.
Terrible attitude at checking. Have to get in to the front door as though I was disturbing somebody from their nap in the back. Terrible first impression like you're checking into a prison terrible hotel was great. Check in and attitude up front was horrible
The hotel was clean, check in was easy. But the bed was super uncomfortable, like a mix between a pull out couch and a jail cot. The water pressure was weak and no toiletries were provided. Bit not bad for the price and a quick stay.
I loved this hotel! Its immaculate, everything is updated and new. The staff was kind and professional. I couldnt ask for a better stay.

Ridiculous charge to get clean towels for a week long stay.
Staff was friendly and hotel was clean
I got to the property after having booked a room at 10:20 p.m.. the doors were locked but there was a phone which I used. The person who answered seemed like they had been sleeping and said they would be there in 5 to 10 minutes. When I was finally allowed to enter after a full 10 minutes the first words out of her mouth were identification. No good evening nor hello. The next day I left early at 5:50 a.m. I tried to check out but the desk was still closed. There was a coffee maker but no cups or sugar or creamer. I tapped on the partition at the desk and asked if there were any coffee cups that I could use. Her response was coffee is not served until 7:00 even though the machine is automatic. Not the kind of person I would want working for me
NO Hot Water on the first day. Elevator seems tp go out often Two day stay keys would not work the second day. No staff on duty in the evenings. Not a convenient [lace for travelers
