Needs updating. Lounge was broken. Dishwasher did t work, Mould in drains on the balcony. Being told I had to be in club Wyndham to use the games room or bikes was very ordinary

Beautiful resort like hotel in a great location
Stayed for 2 nights. Labelled studio however very large room with seperate bedroom and kitchenette. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Girlfriend was a little grumpy on arrival but soon relaxed in the large in room spa. As a result , she was sweet as pie for the rest of the stay. Friendly staff . Would have liked to stay another night but was fully booked out. Only thing we didn’t like was the 10am checkout, Saturday morning. We asked if we could check out at 11am and was told it would cost an extra $50 . Never been asked to pay extra to stay an hour more . Free covered parking was a bonus

Beautiful, large, bright and clean apartment.
Wish we could have stayed longer. Beautiful apartment. It's a shame there weren't any Screened security doors as well on all the doors leading out onto the balcony, as other people from the other apartments, plus a dog, could have access to our balcony, so we didn't feel it was safe enough to leave our balcony doors open. The cleanliness, views, size of the apartment was perfect. The staff were all very nice and friendly. We will be back.

Overall great stay at the Ramada! Lovely room! We had the spa room no view but the view was still lovely! With big lovely glass window in the living with cinema curtains, the view of the mountains and sunrise was amazing! So you kind of still get a view. The room was clean and lovely, lovely big bed! Big television with foxtel channels :) price of the room was great too, we were very impressed, weren’t expecting the place to be as nice at it was haha! Lovely team members! Outdoor pool was heated but cold 21 degrees in winter still swimable! Big cabanas and an amazing atmosphere down at the pool! Was a beautiful sunny day wich was good. Also an indoor pool with spa! However indoor pool is also cold. Also a gym. Great shoal bay country club was beautiful food, drinks, and environment. Can walk everywhere and water is just across the road! All over great stay, happy with everything. Recommend! :)

Furnishings uncomfortable- could not sit on lounge for any length of time. No TV in bedroom. Pillows very uncomfortable. Felt more like a motel room not an upscale apartment. However, location was amazing, views spectacular, staff very friendly and helpful

Great location with beautiful water views. Our only disappointment was the indoor pool that was supposed to be heated - the main reason we chose this hotel. We were twice told it was 29* but it was NO where near that so we couldn't swim (nor did anyone else while we were there!).

Room was great, staff were friendly. Checkin was smooth up until the “hard sell” to attend an information session. I kept saying no, we were tired and hungry and just wanted to get to our room. She really didn’t want to take no for an answer, and the fake compliments about us being “cute” - at our age - weren’t appreciated. Sour start.
