Booking and checking processes were very straightforward. Check in appeared to be between 17.00 and 19.00, so it was quite narrow time window, but I maanaged to make it during that time slot. Receptionist appeared to be very nice and helpful. Though, ability to understand and communicate in French is required. At the checkout reception presented to be closed, and keys were to be returned to the box outside the reception. The apartment presented to be well equipped and clean. Kitchen block had everything needed to prepare meals, store food and presented to be in working order. Bathroom and toilet presented to be clean and in working order too. Towels and bed linen were provided. Bedroom and living room were quite decent to have a good sleep. Though. mattress in the living room could have been more comfortable. Overall experience was very positive and I would definitely recommend it as a good base for anyone looking for accommodation in this area.

The staff are excellent, professional kind welcoming. The

Great location, nice staff, and fully equipped apartment, except the studio does not have a real bed. The guest must sleep on the sofa or trundle bed that slides out from beneath the sofa. The linens did not fit the trundle bed and the guests have to make their own beds. It’s great that they offer secure parking at no extra charge. Overall, a great value.

The room was clean and comfortable. Thefood and service was excellent. The owner drove us to the bus stop so that we could continue our journey to Perpignan. Very good value. We recommend

The hotel is located in a quiet, picturesque location. The reception staff is very friendly. However, the hotel itself is far from new. The carpet, furniture, and everything in the hotel are quite worn. My biggest complaint was the room cleaning policy, which requires you to vacuum and mop the floors, dust everywhere, and clean the kitchen and bathroom upon check-out, otherwise you risk losing part of your deposit. I would prefer the cleaning fee to be included in the room price by default.

Visited in summer. Arrived by bus. 5min walk from bus in centre of Font Romeu. 10min walk to small Carrefour and also to Telecabine. Lots of restaurants close. Reception lady was very helpful and spoke perfect English. Basic accommodation with bunk beds and sofa bed. Induction hob, microwave and dishwasher. Only bad part was smoking allowed on balconies which enters your room, if next door and you have the door open.
