Very central to the city and a nice spacious room

Great location, had a conference at the Aotea Center, easy walk morning and afternoon, great little food places in walking distance, not far from Vaiduct, supermarket within walking distance, rest full nights, top service

I was impressed. Great view of the harbour, well located.

Stayed a dozen times now but this time was a doozie. Following booking I sent a note requesting a car park, team noted its first come first served, I noted it being critical. I arrived only to be told the valet and park service was not available so had to take the risk of parking on the street. I was then given the wrong room and key card which luckily the incorrect room had a “do not disturb” sign on the door to prevent that awkward situation. Then on check out the wrong card details were within my booking. All in all was a bit of an admin mess to be honest.

The room was clean staff was good but room safe is too low

A great location but bath in room and shower/toilet door set up didn't give much privacy. But apart from that comfortable bed.
