This hotel offers excellent value for the price. It’s a perfect choice for anyone traveling along I-95 who needs a comfortable, reliable, and modern place to rest. I’ll definitely keep it in mind for future trips through the area.
This was a terrible experience! We found a bed bug on my son’s leg and my son and daughter were both bitten by bed bugs. I have notified the staff and manager Nikki, but I don’t know if anything has been done. Also, I found other reviews also saying they found bedbugs. Clearly the hotel has had a problem that they are refusing to correct. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.
Both staff members I had an interaction with were very friendly. The halls were clean. My only complaint is something they can't really control and that's people picking up after their pets.
Super clean and quiet . The staff was friendly and the property around the hotel was well kept . Outside of the property it’s older and industrial but the hotel itself was very off the road . I would stay there again because the room was super nice and offered a lot like a kitchenette and couch and desk .
I am amending my rating, I had previously rated this establishment poorly because of a mess with the reservation. I spoke with the manager the next morning and we came to a mutual understanding. All the staff tried to make sure the rest of our stay was pleasant. When traveling with a handicapped person, it is essential that you plan ahead so that things run smoothly. I had made reservations 1 month in advance and checked on it two days prior. At check in, our room had been changed without notice. I believe people become better through experiences. So hopefully both the manager and I will learn to handle these situations better
