Hotel was a little dated and in need of some TLC. Key card for room didn't work very well and carpet could use replacing. Breakfast was great and location was convenient. Worked for over night stay.

Horrible place, Do Not Stay here

1st the original room we got the toilet didn't work. I was handed a plunger by the staff and asked to plunge the toilet myself. Well that didn't work. Then it took a hour to change our room. The new room didn't have a remote for the tv. In the morning, the coffee was bad, I mean burnt bad. Also there were dried human fluids in the elevator (picture attached) that weren't there the night before. The only redeeming factor was the bed was comfortable.

There was black mold on the bathroom ceiling, the carpet was sticky. Bottom of bathtub was dirty like there was mold growing and it was bleached. The outdoor property was not kept up well and it looked like there were two cars that were abandoned as they both had flat tires. Seemed like it was more of a residential hotel than a travelers hotel. The AC did work well. beds did seem clean. The pool area was clean as well. The wallpaper in the hallways needs replacing as it was very dated and falling off in several different locations. 1 hour after starting breakfast service they were out of stuff. Had to remind staff to restock items even though they were standing near the food the whole time. Will not be staying here again or any other Baymonts.

Greeted with a smile,very clean and comfortable bed. Couldn't be more pleased..if I ever come back will definitely stay here. Would recommend to everyone. Very good breakfast and good food and hot.

Coletta at the front desk was great, very sweet. Beds were terrific for the price of the room. Never had a better sleep even in more expensive hotels. Quiet area Elevator is a little ifiy but we managed. The hotel breakfast was great, and the lady running the area was super helpful with the pancake machine! Lots of options. Pool was good, kids had a blast. Was just passing thru the area and it worked out perfect and very good cost
