For the price, the value was not there. Water and snacks were not available - vending machines did not work and nothing offered at the service counter. We've stayed at this same hotel on occasion over the years as we visitied the Michigan lake beaches. It has been nicely remodeled. It is a fine place to use as a home base for visiting a Dunes beach
