We stayed for one night. Pool area was decently clean. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was hot and delicious. They were out of juice and coffee was cold and they said the coffee machine was having issues. Staff apologized and was friendly. I would stay there again.

The front desk staff, especially Scott, was so helpful in getting the elevator working. The room was large and comfortable. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I have had in a long time.

Great place to stop before you to or after you've made through the slog of Chicago traffic. Also great to place explore the Indiana Dunes area. Wonderful front desk staff. Breakfast was tasty with good selections. Quiet, safe and easy to get to off of the highway. Look forward to staying there again.

Everyone was friendly. Hotel was taken care of for the most part. Breakfast was good. Beds comfy and plenty of space in the rooms. Shower wasn’t clean though. And pool wasn’t the cleanest. Stains on our carpet and some damage to wood part of cabinets.

There were no blackout curtains or blinds in our room, so it was very bright. There was only a flimsy, thin pull-down shade. The bathroom had a chipped tub; it was also very slippery. Plus, the shampoo holder had been ripped from the wall and was sitting in the tub/ shower. There were large sections of adhesive residue on the shower wall. The room also smelt heavily of perfume.

Great people working here very friendly and accommodating clean every day house keeping on point lots of good places near by to eat at was here for Christmas lobby decorations were very nice ~ breakfast good every morning~ water hot for shower room very spacious
