The property is very old & has a moldy smell — which triggered my allergies. The room I had booked was not available so I was also disappointed with the room I was given that had a view of a bunch of tents on the beach.

Just spend a week at Algarve Casino. The property was lovely and ideally located close to the main street and the beach. We had lovely sea views from our room which in itself was spacious. Some parts of the hotel feel a bit dated but that did not take away from the overall impressions. The seawater pool was nice and warmer than that sea. No issues with getting a sunlounger but I can imagine during peak season there might not be enough. Food for breakfast was good with loads of choices. We did not use the restaurant for lunch or dinner so cannot really provide an opinion. Staff were generally friendly and tried to help when we had any queries. Overall a lovely place to stay.

The air conditioning was broken, and even with repeated technician visits, it was not fixed. The grounds were kept well and very neat. Staff was helpful and courteous. Buffet breakfast was great with self serve espresso, eggs, meats, and pastry.

Era lejos del hotel.Si las habitaciones de abajo ( piso -0 -1 y -2) no cuentan con un ascensor que suba al lobby..gue horrible el transporte de maletas..La decoración del hotel muy vieja , despitados los muebles. Los señores de la puerta del restaurante y el del restaurante del casino no aceptan personas después de las 9 pm y te envian de un restaurante al otro dando excusas irreales .

The hotel was very clean and the room was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and fresh.The conceriege, staff in the restaurant and bar were welcoming and provided an excellent service. Unfortunately we did not receive any of the gold exclusive benefits.

We had a room with sea views and large balcony with sun loungers. Pool area was lovely and we enjoyed leisurely lunches at the hotel restaurant. All the hotel staff were friendly and polite.
