The room was very clean and in good condition. I loved having the "hydration station" with filtered water to refill my water bottle, this is a great amenity! I had a comfortable stay did not encounter any issues.

Nice hotel with cleanliness problems
The hotel’s location is very convenient when visiting downtown. There’s shopping and dining within walking distance as well as a short Uber ride. The problem is the rooms aren’t very clean. There was mold in the shower corners, bed sheets are very thin, old and mattress protector was stained. Everything showed through the sheets. My wife washed the floor with a bath mat and it was gross. It wasn’t like any AC property we had ever stayed at. Service was a different quality and it was the reason we stayed, everyone was very courteous, polite, friendly and attentive. Bar offers several non alcoholic beers so we were able to mingle and socialize without having to order alcohol. The food we ordered was very bad. I wouldn’t recommend anything from the restaurant, Uber eats instead. Overall it’s a nice hotel with cleanliness issues. If they paid attention to the basics it could be 10/10

Lovely room, very comfortable for two adults with a young baby. Anthony at the front desk enabled us to check in a bit early and was so sweet to our baby, giving him his first rubber ducky. Folks like that really make a stay wonderful. Great walkable area near the max train.

Great service
My trip was for business and I had a meeting that made my check oit difficult. The feont staff was completely ubderstanding and made accommodations for me to be able to store my thinga at the hotel and keep my vehicle in valet after check out. In Portland this is an added bonus!

Such a great experience we had at the AC. It is a great option for the money. The room was ample, super clean, and included a coffee maker. Breakfast options were very decent. We’ll definitely be back.
