First room was clearly not cleaned. Marijuana was on the table and the room reeked of the smell. We were not offered another suite until asking twice for an acceptable resolution. Service was almost nonexistent. The lounge advertised food being served until 10pm - the cook was gone before 9:45 so we were unable to get anything once back at the hotel.

Great location! Near the ports, and the ferry. Shopping and all of the major eateries are within a 10- 20 minute walk Safe and secure location . Very clean hotel, nice bar lodge area.
