I wanted to bring to attention that the information on the Expedia website regarding this property is incorrect; it does not have a pool as advertised. Additionally, our stay on the 2nd floor was quite noisy. We could hear everything from outside, as well as footsteps from above and noises from the bathroom, which greatly affected our sleep quality. When I raised these concerns with the front desk staff, my comments were unfortunately overlooked, and I was met with a generic response thanking me for my stay, which felt dismissive. I appreciate your attention to this matter, as accurate property descriptions and responsive staff can greatly enhance the guest experience.

This may be how Aloft places are, though the walls sounded paper thin. Room was too tight and tiny. no fan in the bathroom. all sounds echoed throughout the entire place.

Less than expected.

The hotel itself is nicely decorated and well maintained, and the rooms are large, with comfy beds. Unfortunately, most of the front desk staff was either indifferent or borderline rude, and not especially helpful. In our room, everything was fine the first night, but on the second night half the bathroom lights stopped working, and we barely got warm water in the shower. Trying to get ready for a wedding that night wasn't easy. We just expected more from Aloft, with pretty much our entire group a little disappointed.
