I found myself in Troutdale without a place to sleep - I was recommended to try the Best Western. I booked the room just a couple hours before arriving. Check in was a breeze, the room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, and the complimentary continental breakfast was better than average. Prices were in line with other area hotels. Best Western was such a life saver this weekend, I'd definitely look to stay in one again.

They had great yogurt but wish there was more fruit. Coffee was great. The hard boiled eggs were hard and rubbery so that was not good.

The property was very nice and quiet. I have no idea where the front desk guy was because he was never there when we came and went, you had to push a ringer for him. They put a $250 hold on your card and it takes over a week to get iy back.

Accommodations were fine, however, very disappointed that I did not receive points on my Best Western membership for two nights because we booked directly with hotel and not through BW. When did that policy take place?

They need to install grab bars in the tub/shower. The bathroom was tiny. The towels were terrible. The staff was very good. The breakfast was pretty good. Parking was free and adequate. Convenient location to many things.

The Staff was very nice and the lady that was in charge of breakfast was the sweetest ever making sure everyone got what they need. Breakfast was good too. There is nice hot tub and the pool we didint use it but lots of ppl did. The room was spacious and clean but to dark. More lamps are need it. Very conviniece stop right from the hwy.
