The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast is an additional cost, but was very good. The shuttle was able the leave at 4:30 am which was a plus for my early flight. The only negative was the room smelled old/bad when i entered. Once I got air circulating it was okay.

The rooms where very clean and fresh. The staff was amazing. We didnt use the shuttle, but it was right at front door. The dinning room was clean, we didnt have breakfast.

I will definitely book with Clarion again if I need to be close to Maine Health in Portland. They took special care of my needs including a shuttle service leaving every half hour for various locations and a voucher for a hot breakfast for two. The room was attractive and very clean, and the front desk people were very accommodating.

The hotel itself was dated and in need of renovation. The facilities were clean, but cleanliness can’t hide the wear and tear. The staff, however, was fabulous. Due to a mix up with dispatch, the hotel shuttle was very late picking us up from the airport, and subsequently taking us back to the airport. The front desk clerk, Ketsia, stepped up and together with the GM, Terry saved the day for us. We were extremely grateful
